The Sovereign Agentic Engineering Platform
A builder for governed AI agents — where sovereignty, evidence and human accountability are the starting conditions, and every firm walks away owning the reasoning model its own work creates.
The wedge
Others connect agents in the cloud. We build them sovereign.
A horizontal agentic platform wires agents together and calls that the product. Ours does something narrower and harder: it builds each agent sovereign, evidences every action it takes, and leaves the firm owning the reasoning behind its own work — engineered for regulated Australian practice, legal-grade first.
Build
Compose agents that start governed
The builder is where a firm assembles its agents — and where the guardrails are set before the first one ever runs, not retrofitted after an incident.
Sovereign agent builder
Assemble governed agents visually, with sovereignty as the starting position: Australian residency, an isolated reasoning boundary and no-training-on-your-data are decided at design time. Sovereign by default — not a setting you remember to switch on.
Executor allocator
For every task the builder proposes the right worker — a person, your own sovereign model, a frontier model, deterministic code or a system integration — and shows the cost and sovereignty trade-off of each before you commit to one.
Goal-engineering loops
State an objective and the context that surrounds it, and let bounded loops pursue it — each iteration held inside the governance harness, emitting evidence, and stopping at a human gate rather than running free.
Govern
Evidence as the deliverable, not the afterthought
Audit logs are the floor. Here every action a firm's agents take is designed to be examinable — by a board, an auditor, a regulator or a court — the moment it happens.
Evidence-first orchestration
Every agent action is built to produce a tamper-evident evidence artifact as the work occurs. The record is the product: a signed account you can put in front of a supervisor, not a screenshot or an assurance after the fact.
Deterministic governance gates
Drag gates into any workflow where certainty matters — confidence thresholds, escalation to a named human, and a professional-review checkpoint for anything that constitutes advice. The model advises; code decides what is allowed to proceed.
Governance cockpit
One live view of governance posture, with detection for unsanctioned AI creeping into the firm and guided remediation when it appears — a direct answer to the shadow-AI problem that most organisations discover only when it is already a liability.
Blast-radius pre-flight
Before an agent is allowed to touch a real system, the builder simulates the reach of what it is about to do and requires approval to proceed. No new agent walks straight up to the CFO's desk on its first run.
Own your model
The firm owns the reasoning, not the vendor
Most platforms rent you orchestration and keep the intelligence. This is the opposite: the knowledge your work produces accrues to a model that is yours.
Workflow-to-genome capture
As agents run a firm's workflows, the tacit knowledge behind them is captured into a sovereign reasoning model that accumulates over time and is never lost to churn. Critically, the firm owns that model — it is an asset on your side of the boundary, not the platform's.
Sovereignty control plane
A single pane across the four pillars of sovereignty — data, inference, policy and model — so a firm can prove where each one actually runs, rather than take a hosting label on trust.
Firm sovereign node
Deploy to a per-firm isolated node where the genome and the data never leave, and privileged material is reasoned over by local inference under Australian legal reach — processing sovereignty, not just storage residency.
Run anywhere
Keep running when the ground shifts
Frontier models get withdrawn, repriced and geofenced. A platform for regulated practice has to treat that as a design constraint, not an outage.
Continuity switch
Swap a task between frontier and sovereign or local models without rebuilding it — so if an offshore provider is withdrawn or restricted, the work carries on. A standing operational risk turned into a feature you can rely on.
Governed skill-pack marketplace
Install reusable, evidence-carrying workflow packs for a domain — legal, AML, healthcare — and layer your own technique on top. Buy the workflow, apply your judgment; each firm's instance stays sovereign and isolated from every other.
Where this stands, plainly
The Sovereign Agentic Engineering Platform is in active development. First deployments are targeted for H1 2027. It is not generally available today, and we are not presenting it as market-ready or claiming customers it does not have.
The capabilities above are the platform we are building, proven on our own fleet before anyone else runs on it. If a status here surprises you later, hold us to it.
