Agentic Solutions
We design deterministic, human-in-the-loop AI workflows that integrate directly into your proprietary environment.
Digital Employee Deployment
Autonomous digital workers designed to execute routine back-office workflows through deterministic, auditable control paths — where the outcome is computed by code rather than generated by a model. Every action is logged, reversible and attributable.
Bespoke Agentic Workflows
Custom LLM orchestration pipelines. We integrate multi-agent systems directly into your existing CRM, ERP, and database infrastructure, strictly bound by your corporate governance protocols.
Start where you are
Arrive by initiative, not by product name
Nobody wakes up wanting a platform. You arrive with an obligation, a vendor decision or a board question — start there.
“APRA has written to us about AI.”
The response pack: inventory, board reporting, lifecycle ownership, named accountability — as records.
“We're adopting AI tools and want it done safely.”
Written vendor due diligence, access and disclosure safeguards, and the obligations that stay with you regardless of the vendor's insurance.
“A tender just asked about ISO 42001.”
Readiness assessment against the AI-management standard — gap map with evidence, no certification theatre.
“Prove your AI agents are governed.”
Inspect the record: signed evidence bundles, human gates, audit trails — ours first, then yours.
Fixed-scope engagement
APRA AI-governance response pack
In April 2026 APRA set minimum AI-governance expectations for every regulated entity: a complete AI inventory, board-level reporting, lifecycle ownership from design to decommissioning, and named human accountability for high-risk decisions. Those expectations are artefacts — and producing regulator-ready artefacts is what our systems do.
The response pack is a scoped engagement: we map your AI estate into a maintained inventory, stand up the board-reporting and lifecycle-ownership records, and hand over evidence your risk function can put in front of a supervisor — not a slide deck about it.
Request a readiness reviewHow an engagement runs
Agent-executed, human-governed
Most vendors ship an assistant that drafts, and a human who does the work. We invert that: the agent executes the workflow, and the human holds the gate. Every engagement runs the same five-step loop — the one our own systems run every day.
01
Scope
Obligations are decomposed into concrete controls with a named human owner for each.
02
Execute
Agents perform the work — inventory, mapping, evidence collection — inside strict deterministic bounds.
03
Gate
Nothing activates, sends or changes governance state without explicit human approval. No exceptions.
04
Record
Every action, approval and refusal is written to a tamper-evident audit ledger as it happens.
05
Export
The work-product ships as regulator-ready artefacts — records, not assurances.
The evidence room
Don't take the claim. Inspect the record.
Our systems sign their own work. A completed operation produces an evidence bundle: per-step timings, system state, a verdict, and a cryptographic hash with a keyed signature over the canonical record — verified by re-reading it from storage before the run is allowed to report success.
We practise this on our own infrastructure first, which means we can show you a real, redacted bundle from a live system rather than a mock-up. Samples and the architecture behind them are available under NDA.
